Deposit

Your deposit of £50 per person must be received 14 days from receipt of your confirmation from Genesis Carp Fishery.(see cancellations)

Balance of Payment

The balance of your payment must be received no later than 6 weeks prior to your visit. Failure to do this will result in your booking being cancelled, and the loss of your deposit will apply.

Cancellations

Any cancellations of your booking will only be accepted by post or email and must be received no later than 21 days from your booking, refunds shall not be made after 21 days.

Force Majeure

Genesis Carp Fishery shall accept no responsibility or be liable for ferry cancellations or late dockings and breakdowns, loss of or breakages to equipment/fishing tackle and personal belongings.

Contract

Genesis Carp Fishery reserve the right to terminate your visit due to:The use of DRUGS/ALCOHOL ABUSE - excessive bad language or causing general unrest of neighbours and other anglers.Anglers are requested to keep noise levels to a minimum, mobile phones and bite indicators to be turned down to an acceptable level. Please. No pets, firearms/weapons shall be permitted. 

Fishery rules

Although we try to keep rules to what is necessary, you are obliged to abide by these rules for the duration of your stay. A copy of these rules shall be posted in the dining area. Passports shall be held by Genesis for insurance and medical emergencies during your stay, Thank you
